On 19th December, 2019, The first batch total 10,000 pces NdFeB magnet bars are completed and ready for delivery. In order to catch the delivery time, The team of Qianglian devoted their holiday time to finish this order in time. Because the end of the year are always the busiest time in the production department.

The small batch order is from our new client – South Asia market, who is involved in the aggregate plant design and manufacture, the magnet will be used as a component of lining. Beside, it also be a part of the mesh of the dewater screen. This is a new design of the client, so we can not say too much. In order to match the property of the magnet bar, we have provided the sample magnet bar to do the test for our client. After one month test, the magent bar are approved. The test standards as below:

1. appreance should be blight and no crack;
2. magnetic field should be more than 3000Gs;
3. dimension should be accuracy.
4. packing should be enough to protect the magnet when delivery by ship;
5. delivery time should be fast.
6. multiple magnitized.

Qianglian has done a good job, so the client are very impressive about out service. It take only a few day to get the first batch order from our client. Now the first batch magnet bar soon will be delivery to the destination for the assemble in their plant.
