On 24/12/2019, a new batch of block magnet completed from our production line. The magnet size is F6*6*6.5mm, total order quantity is 500,000 pcs, with grade C8+, which means the Br≥4000Gs, Hcj ≥3600Gs. The high magnet property will bring higher magnetic field, which means will be outperform when they are used in the motor.

We used the corrugated case to packing the magnet, inside there are paper packing or plastic case for packing to prevent the damage when transported by truck or ship. When the magnets finished the packing, then we will pallet it in order to load it by forklift.

The magnet manufacture flow sheet is below:

1. Prepare raw the material–mixed the iron oxide powder and strontium carbonate,and other chemical elements.
2. Grinding the raw material into fine size.
3. Press the material inside the mould into the wanted share
4. Sintering the mould-finised magnet
5. Grinding the thickness
6. Packing and inspection
